The log cabin is now completed. The only thing left is to decorate it. I've made a couple of beds and a table, but don't yet have pictures available. I will also be putting up curtains and making bed linens. This page shows more of the progression. Click on the "next" button to see the completed house.

Prior to beginning the roof shingles.

This picture shows the beginning of the shingles. I chose to use regular asphalt roof shingles for this particular house, because they seem to hold up better and stay put longer. I wanted this house to be durable.
