February 6, 1988 - May 13, 1998

Sammy is part shepherd and part beagle. She's an SPCA (pound) pup that I adopted in 1988 at the age of 6 weeks.  I brought her home infested with fleas and with an upset stomach, and she was a handful from that day forward!
